The reception staff were amazing, so helpful and cheerful. Any small issue I had was dealt with immediately. The room was lovely and spacious with a large balcony. A bottle of water was waiting in the fridge. Kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Shower was fantastic, water nice and hot and pressure just right. Mini safe in room. The food and choice of food at lunch and dinner was vast. Breakfast was mostly English style. The coffee was good. The eggs were freshly cooked. I had the best back massage I've had in Bulgaria. Just the right pressure to relax and not leave me battered and bruised! The cocktails were very drinkable and a good selection of about 8 different. There was food and drink available 24/7 I wasn't there long enough to sample everything. The waiting staff kept the tables clean and tidy. There were microwaves provided to heat your food up. The heated pool was lovely and warm on the first day and just the right depth for me. The two large pools looked very clean and inviting but the weather and water was just too cold! I got an amazing end of season deal and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Thanks to all the staff at the Imperial.

The food was excellent, the drinks were very good because the all-inclusive package is actually ultra all-inclusive. The evenings are lively (they have an entertainment team), everything was very cool even for the end of September. They have a heated indoor pool where the rules are strictly enforced (there were children jumping into the water and every time someone told them they weren't allowed to and those who didn't comply were kicked out - often when someone jumped into the pool, everyone ran away from that area because it's not very comfortable to get splashed with water, especially for ladies). Overall, we had a very nice experience. I can honestly say that the food is great, very diverse, and the cakes were very good. When I want to go back to Sunny Beach, this will be my first choice. Very satisfied! I highly recommend it! P.S.: Everyone I was with shares these opinions!

Big spacious room, even though it was from the side of the street they stopped the music at night and sleeping was completely fine. The food was great for all inclusive, variety of different dishes and for every taste. There is free parking, if there are available free spots. Really close to the beach-1min walk. There is a small wing at the end of the hotel, which seemed really good and quiet. I was not there, but I just noticed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and always responded really quick to my requests. Thanks for that!

Good food, nice pool,close to the beach but far from Sunny Beach center. We really enjoyed!

The room

The biggest selling point for the Imperial, in my opinion, is the fact that the hotel is very family-friendly. There were a lot of families with (small) children, during our stay at the Imperial, which was awesome! The rooms are a good size, and towels are changed everyday. The reception is happy to help, when asked (thanks, Rado!). Actually, all staff is nice and smiling. 🙂 Dishes come in a good variety, so you'll definitely find something you like. Kids pool/playground/activities are much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! The food was always fresh and very diverse, with plenty of options at every meal. Drinks and snacks were available all day long, so nobody could ever go hungry. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, which was perfect. The reception staff was very fast and professional, and also extremely helpful with parking and luggage. Everything felt like true full service.

The rooms were spacious, were clean, and the quality of food was really good. Every night dinner had a theme which made dinner really interesting and never boring as it was the same food twice. The bar had a good variety of drinks for all tastes. The reception is very friendly and knowledgeable, being able to let you know all the attractions, benefits, and entertaining which will be taking part in the resort during your stay. The pool area is clean and there are plenty of lounges. Every evening was entertaining for kids, as we have 2, and they were expecting the evening with enthusiasm. The beach is at 200m away so it's a nice walk to and from beach and you have the choice of lounges there which are 10 leva each or you can bring your own towels and sit on the sand which isnt bad at all. All in all is an amazing location, and I wish all of you to visit it as it's worth it.

Everything was amazing. From the staff to the events. As a first time solo travel I felt safe, always had something to do and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, right by the beach and many activities around the resort. The rooms are clean, comfortable and with a great view. In addition the food was excellent as well

All the staff was very exceptional.

The breakfast, as well as the other meals, was very good in every aspect, there is a variety of foods you can choose from. I would especially mention the beef meat - deliciously cooked!!! Also for drinks, you can choose from a big variety - soft drinks - Coke, Sprite, juices, etc. up to red/ white wines. The room was very spacious and situated in a quiet zone. The pools are large, you can choose between interior or exterior pools. My kid was very happy about the kids zone - water splashing from everywhere, especially that large bucket dropping water from time to time. The waiters were very decent and actively removing the dishes and glasses as we ate our food. Room service - every day the garbage was removed, towels changed, beds prepared, nothing to complain.

Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great! The staff, food, swimming pools, entertainment and all the rest facilities. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We have been there last year, and decided to come again. If like us, you’re someone who saves for one holiday a year and you want to make sure your money is worth it, this is definitely the place to go to if you like clean rooms, round the clock food and drinks, and available and kind staff. And the view of the room is outstanding (you can see it in the pics!) and the balcony was such a cozy after dinner place to be for a romantic nightcap.

We really enjoyed it. The hotel is fantastic, beautiful, clean with a lot of swimming pools and facilities. The food is delicious and plentiful. Also, we had good parking.

The hotel meets all expectations. Although it was very crowded, the staff did a great job. The food is fantastic, the drinks too, there is plenty of everything. The location of the hotel is ideal. We will surely come again.

Upgraded for free when we arrived. Enjoyed the outdoor pool although too cold for some. Food was lovely.really good taxi service 20 leva to sunny beach or nessebar. Was end of season so few places were closed but we still had a great time and will return next year

The rooms were clean and luxurious. The food and drinks were of great quality and taste. The pools and sea were perfect. The staff was friendly and had a great level of hygiene. We simply loved it and would definitely come back again!

Well...from the very begining, when i saw the hotel, the welcoming was really nice, the doorman talked with me in my language (romanian)...that was thoughful.. the receptionist was very nice..and the room was excelent. The food was very nice and good..the drinks also..the beach and the water were great. I am considering of returning to this hotel on my next holiday! Thank you.

spacious and comfortable room with everything you need. We choose this hotel for a holiday in Bulgaria for the second time and are very pleased with the service. I highly recommend visiting the SPA- it’s magical. Teresa at the reception is a beauty, as always she helped with early check-in and choosing the room we wanted. A very friendly bartender at the snack bar, who tirelessly prepared children's and non-alcoholic cocktails in a tasty and varied way. Special thanks to the maid, who always kept the room clean and beautiful with a smile and in a good mood. beautiful location, mini golf next to the hotel, great activity for the whole family. There is also a shuttle train near the hotel, which, if desired, will take you to Nessebar or to the center for attractions. Everything is very convenient and close. beautiful beach, warm sea and nice white sand. ideal for a relaxing and safe holiday with children, a little further there are party beaches for young people. there are lifeguards on the beach and the beach is marked with a blue flag. the hotel also has a swimming pool with lifeguards, which is also very nice on vacation

It was super clean in the room and outside. he check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurant team, was polite and eager to assist. The room was beautifully appointed with modern decor and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-quality linens and a well-stocked minibar. The view from the room was breathtaking, adding to the overall ambiance.

The hotel was close to the beach with plenty to do, lots of different food options and the a la carte restaurant was super. Two decent sized pools as well with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The staff were so friendly and helpful and a big thank you to the manager Alexander for providing such a brilliant experience.
