The offer is valid from April 24 to June 30, 2026, inclusive, and from September 15 to October 17, 2026, inclusive.

Cancellation policy:

• If you change or cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the date of your stay, the prepaid amount will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.
• In case of cancellation or change of the reservation less than 14 days before arrival, the penalty is 1 night from the requested package, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.

Changes and cancellations to reservations are accepted in writing by email at reservations@imperialgroup.bg.
