Restaurant "Sakura"
SAKURA restaurant provides an a-la-carte dinner service. Embark on a culinary adventure to Asia with specialities prepared by our Chefs.

Indulge in the unique atmosphere both inside and outside on our fabulous open-air terrace.
Restaurant "La Veranda"
This stunning a-la-cart theme restaurant is ideal for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. The presented dishes will satisfy every taste, from fresh salads to fish and meat specialities. It is decorated in Mediterranean style with contemporary tile floor and furniture made of natural materials and finishes, in order to create a feeling of comfort and coziness.
Delight your senses with our selection of dishes and wines served in a calm atmosphere. The LA VERANDA restaurant offers dinner service with seating both inside and outside on the open-air veranda.
Restaurant "Alexandria"
buffet for the 2021 season, in line with the latest global trends in All-Inclusive. The restaurant features a new, modern buffet table with a rich line-up of salads, appetizers, main dishes, children’s buffet and an ample selection of desserts and fruit. For an enhanced culinary experience, you can watch your dinner choice being prepared at the two new show-cooking stations. Try pancakes for breakfast, barbecue, pasta, pizza or carving offerings for lunch and dinner – all prepared before your very eyes by our master chefs.
Alexandria Restaurant offers an abundance of Bulgarian and international culinary delights. Three times a week you can enjoy our themed evenings – Bulgarian, Italian and Gala.
The restaurant seats 150 on the terrace overlooking the outdoor pool and around 300 indoors.
Restaurant "Casablanca"
Casablanca is a 4-star restaurant, designed to charm and captivate our guests with its elegant atmosphere and delicious dishes.
The restaurant seats 140 indoors and 160 on the terrace with its stunning views over the pool and the UNESCO-protected sand dunes.
The restaurant offers a rich selection for breakfast and dinner, featuring 3 themed evenings – Bulgarian, Italian and Gala. For our youngest guests we offer children’s menu served in a separate children’s corner. At the show cooking zone, located on the terrace, you can sample sumptuous pancakes and omelettes for breakfast, and evening offerings of fish, meat, grilled vegetables and pasta. The salad bar boasts a large selection of fresh vegetables and salads. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in the exquisite desserts prepared daily by our pastry chefs.
A team of young, qualified waiters will cater to your every comfort while the Mediterranean atmosphere ensures a pleasant environment and an extra special dining experience.
Snack Bar "La Piazza"
Our large-scale renovations launched in 2018 placed a particular focus on our All Inclusive La Piazza Snack Bar which was transformed into a separate venue with 300 seats and offering alternative lunch and snacks between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. For those guests who prefer to start the day with an indulgent lie-in, risking to miss breakfast, La Piazza offers brunch, serving cold snacks, sandwiches, omelettes, tea, coffee and desserts.
The bar is a preferred lunch spot for sun seekers, offering fresh Italian pizza and pasta, salads, barbecue, burgers, hot dogs, doner kebab, grilled vegetables, waffles, doughnuts, ice cream, dessert and fruit. The drinks bar operates throughout the day.
Irish Pub "John Smith"
The Pub presents a large selection of draft and bottle beers, as well as a rich variety of whiskeys. The menu includes traditional Irish pub dishes such as salads, burgers, steak and desserts. You can watch your favourite team smash its opponents on the large satellite screen.
Good cheer and spontaneity are ensured by live performances and karaoke evenings. John Smith Irish Pub is not part of the All-Inclusive package offered by HI Hotels Imperial Resort.

Lobby Bar "Beach"
Lobby Bar Beach is located in the first hotel lobby and offers a wide selection of local and imported alcoholic drinks, local non-alcoholic beverages and hot drinks.
Lobby / Pool bar "Sands"
Lobby / Pool bar Sands is located in our second lobby. It is conveniently situated both for guests using the outdoor pool in this section of the hotel complex and for those seated at the tables in the garden and foyer. Guests can enjoy alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea.
Bar "La Piazza"
As an additional convenience, the venue is located right next to the amphitheatre stage with its entertaining daytime and eveing-time show programme.
