The hotel reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day. Here you can receive answers to all your enquiries, as well as assistance in resolving any issues that may arise.

Reservations

For future reservations at our hotel, please contact us at tel: +359882071010 or email us at reservations@imperialgroup.bg. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact Reception.

Check-in

Our staff will ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Check-in is after 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 11:00 on the day of departure. The key card provided to you at check-in also activates the electricity in your room. Please place the card in the device next to the door. The key card is deactivated at 11:00 on the day of departure. Please do not leave the card in the device when you are not in the room. It will be removed by the staff and left at Reception. For additional services, please contact Reception – dial 9.

Room cleaning and hygiene standards

Your room is cleaned daily by a housekeeper.

If the towels are placed on the bathroom floor, we assume that you would like them to be replaced. If the towels are left on the hangers, we assume that you wish to help protect the environment. Bed linen is changed every fourth day of your stay.

Dear Guests, our housekeeping staff works diligently to maintain the highest hygiene standards. Should you have any additional requests, please contact Reception.

Payment methods

The hotel accepts payments in cash in euros and by credit or debit cards – Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

Departure

We remind you that check-out is before 11:00 on the day of departure. Please do not forget to return your room key card to Reception. You may leave your luggage for storage in the luggage room.

Late check-out

If you wish to check out after 11:00 on the day of departure, please contact Reception to check availability. Late check-out is an additional service subject to charge and confirmation by Reception.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESTAURANTS AT IMPERIAL RESORT

At Imperial Resort, we take care to offer a wide variety of culinary experiences in order to satisfy all our guests.

Restaurant “Casablanca” 4*, furnished in Provençal style, is part of the Ultra All Inclusive programme. It is located on the second floor of Imperial Resort Beach and offers seating both indoors and on a large terrace overlooking the pool.

Restaurant “Alexandria” 4*, furnished in Mediterranean style, is also part of the Ultra All Inclusive programme. It is located on the first floor of Imperial Resort Beach and offers seating both indoors and on the terrace.

Both main restaurants offer show cooking as part of the culinary experience, as well as themed evenings featuring specialties from different cuisines.

At our all-inclusive Snack Bar “La Piazza” we offer late breakfast and an alternative lunch. Here you can enjoy freshly baked pizza, grill specialties, doner, hot dogs, vegetables, pancakes, waffles, desserts, ice cream and more. An all-inclusive bar offering a rich assortment of drinks is also at your disposal.

Restaurant “Sakura” 4* offers an à la carte dinner in a unique Asian atmosphere. The menu includes specialties prepared according to authentic Asian recipes. The restaurant offers one complimentary visit for stays of five or more nights /reservation required/. Reservations are accepted daily between 14:00 and 16:00 at the restaurant. Closed on Sunday.

Restaurant “La Veranda” 4* is a Mediterranean à la carte restaurant, open for dinner. The dishes offered will satisfy every taste – from fresh salads to fish and meat specialties, while our selection of wines will delight your senses. The restaurant offers one complimentary visit for stays of five or more nights /reservation required/. Reservations are accepted daily between 14:00 and 16:00 at the restaurant. Closed on Sunday.

Lobby bar “Beach” is located in the main lobby. It is open 24 hours and is part of the Ultra All Inclusive programme. It is the perfect place to meet friends, enjoy a cocktail or have a morning coffee.

Lobby / pool bar “Sands” is part of the Ultra All Inclusive programme and offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea.

Lobby bar “Beach” and lobby / pool bar “Sands” are located in the two buildings of the hotel resort. They are part of the all-inclusive programme and offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea.

Irish Pub “John Smith” /outside the Ultra All Inclusive programme/ offers a wide selection of draft and bottled beers, different types of whisky and a variety of dishes – salads, burgers, steaks and desserts. Here you can watch football matches of your favourite teams. The programme includes live performances and karaoke evenings.

SPA CENTRE

Health Care & SPA

The Spa Centre is the ideal place to restore your balance after a day under the sun and is the perfect complement to your summer holiday. A team of highly qualified specialists will take care of you.

The spa services we offer include: indoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, relaxation area, fitness centre, massages, aromatherapy and face and body treatments.

Use of the indoor pool, sun loungers (limited number) and fitness centre is free of charge for hotel guests.

Please use the fitness centre only with appropriate clothing and sports shoes. Guests under 14 years of age are not permitted.

ENTERTAINMENT

Within the complex you will find: two outdoor swimming pools /unheated/ with filtered water, two children’s pools /unheated/ with filtered water, one indoor swimming pool /heated in May, June, September and October/, children’s Splash zone, playground, mini club, beach volleyball / mini football court, table tennis, billiards (extra charge), PlayStation games (extra charge), air hockey (extra charge). A team of professional animators will take care of your good mood by offering daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults six days a week. Evening shows and games are held on our amphitheatre stage.

Animation:

Daytime animation offers a wide variety of games and sports activities for children and adults throughout the day. Sports animation includes team games such as aerobics, darts, pétanque, shuffleboard, archery, aqua gym, water polo, Zumba, mini football, ladder ball, beach volleyball and more.

Evening animation includes dance shows, interactive and musical programmes, comedy evenings, fun competitions, bingo and more.

Children’s animation is tailored to the preferences of our youngest guests and includes games, themed days, children’s olympiads, interactive activities, children’s shows and mini discos.

Detailed information about the animation programme and sports activities can be found on the board opposite Reception or from a member of the animation team.

Mini club:

The children’s club is located in Imperial Resort Sands and is available for children aged 4 to 12, six days a week. Children’s activities are often held outside the mini club.

Table tennis:

Equipment can be obtained from Reception against a refundable deposit.

Swimming pools

The hotel resort offers two outdoor pools for adults, two outdoor children’s pools and one indoor pool /heated in May, June, September and October/. All pools and sun loungers (limited number) are free of charge for hotel guests. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Conferences, Congresses and Banquets

Imperial Resort has four conference halls equipped with internet, screen and multimedia facilities, and air conditioning – conference hall “BEACH” – up to 150 seats depending on the arrangement; conference meeting room “BAROQUE” – 12 seats; conference halls “SANDS 1” and “SANDS 2” – each with up to 80 seats depending on the arrangement. For your event, we can organise coffee breaks with catering menu options.

Complimentary services

Air conditioning – The air conditioning operates only with closed doors and windows.

Beach towels – For the convenience of our guests, beach towels are provided at Reception against a refundable deposit. Please do not take hotel towels from the room to the pool or beach. Any damaged or missing towel is subject to charge.

Safety deposit box – For the security of your valuables, please use the personal safety deposit box in your room. Instructions for use can be found next to the safe.

Internet – Wireless internet is available both in the room and in the public areas of the hotel.

Games – In the lobby of Imperial Resort Sands there is a billiards table, air hockey and PlayStation games. Tokens can be purchased from Reception.

The hotel has its own parking area with a limited number of parking spaces. Once capacity is reached, we offer an external parking area located 300 m away. Depending on your reservation, parking may be paid or complimentary.

Please note that it is necessary to vacate the parking space by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Emergencies and security

For greater security during your stay, we kindly ask you to follow these instructions:

Always carry your room card with you. In case of loss or theft, please inform Reception immediately.

Always make sure that your room door is properly closed.

For greater security, please use the personal safe. The hotel is not responsible for items left in the room.

Do not leave your luggage unattended. You may use the luggage room at Reception.

The use of personal electric heating appliances and gas appliances is prohibited.

Do not cover bedside lamps with objects or materials that may catch fire.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pools and playgrounds.

In case of fire, please follow these instructions:

If you notice a fire, no matter how small, activate the fire alarm and inform Reception staff /9.

Remain calm, leave the room and proceed to the nearest exit by following the evacuation and safety plan located in your room.

If you smell smoke, lie down on the floor and place a wet towel over your nose and mouth.

If you are trapped and unable to leave, do everything possible to attract attention.

Fire extinguishers and fire alarm buttons are located in all hotel corridors and in the common areas.

Do not use the lift.

Electricity

The hotel operates on the European standard of 220 V.

Emergency number 112

112 is the common European emergency telephone number and can be dialled free of charge from any landline or mobile phone. Assistance may be requested in cases of fire, floods, medical emergencies, earthquakes, road traffic accidents and other urgent situations.

Beach attractions: jet ski, parasailing, banana boat and others are offered on the public beach by independent local companies and are payable on site.

Please note that the hotel resort does not have a private beach. The beach in Sunny Beach is public and consists of free and paid areas determined by the company operating the beach, in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria. Beach sets can be rented directly on the beach.

Nightlife: numerous bars and clubs in the centre of Sunny Beach – 3.5 km from the hotel.

HOTEL RULES

Please wear your All Inclusive wristbands throughout your stay in order to be served in the resort outlets.

Pets are not allowed.

Please do not reserve sun loungers with towels or personal belongings. They will be removed by hotel staff and taken to Reception. The hotel is not responsible for unattended belongings.

Please observe quiet hours in the rooms, corridors and public areas of the hotel after 23:00.

According to the law, alcohol is not served to persons under 18 years of age.

Smoking indoors, in the rooms and on the terraces of the main restaurants is prohibited. Smoking e-cigarettes on the terraces of main restaurants is permitted.

Taking food out of the restaurants is prohibited.

Guests are responsible for damaged or lost inventory.

Please note that the location and operating hours of services may change depending on the season and the number of guests.
